  1. The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Corey @ 7:00 P.M.

The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.

The March 6, 2001 Meeting Minutes were approved unam. motion by Don I, seconded by Jim V.

  1. Plans etc. submitted for review:

  1. Jody Dallas 67,68 G 2290 Bulette Rd. 1528 s.f. new residence. Metal roof & Hardiboard Siding approved, Colors approved. Approved Unam. Pd. $75.00 Check # 572 (Norwest Bank).

  2. Randy Hale, 15-Q 1597 Bonanza Rd. 1717 s.f. new residence. Class "A" Fiberglass shingles, T-111 Wood Siding, Colors approved.  Approved Unam. Pd. $75.00 Check # 192 ( B. of A.)
  1. Old Business

  1. Wire Fencing specs. deferred for further study.

  2. Existing " Notice of Violations" to be reviewed prior to putting them into "Non-Conforming Use" category.

  3. " Notice of Violation" sent to James/Robert Rearick Lot 25-U 21277 Highland Rd. Metal frame construction in place without approval or building permit. Bldg. Dept. stopped progress.
  1. A motion to adjourn was made by Don I., seconded by Richard K. at 9:15 P.M. Unanimous.
