The April 3, 2001 Meeting Minutes were approved Unam. Motion by Jim. V. Seconded by Don I.
The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.
Chas. Porcia 19-K 21545 Delta Dr. 21ft.x12ft. wood deck w/ railings off 2nd level on front (street) side of existing garage-guest house. Stained to match existing, Approved Unam. Paid $10.00 Check #4832 (Wells Fargo).
Bruce Hessemer 240-M 21535 Sarazac Rd.. A wood 2-rail fence, natural finish, less than 120 lin. ft. Approved Unam. No Fee required.
Steve Musser 32,33-M 1860 Lousetown Rd. A 2nd. Addition over previously approved garage now under construction. Siding stain to match existing, roofing as previously approved. Approved Unam. Pd. $25.00 check #1003(Wash. Mutual Bank-Northridge, Ca.)
John Grantham 4-J 2335 Cartwright Rd. A wood post(10ft. o.c.) 2x4 flatways top & bottom rails. No intermediate rails. w/ wire only between. Pd. $10.00 check #647 (Wells Fargo) Disapproved Unam. Contrary to our Guidelines. Mr. Grantham called for the decision, he could not attend, had musical rehearsal. The Chairman informed him that he has the option to have a Hearing appeal with the Board.

Randy Hale 15-Q 1597 Bonanza Rd. A 1789 s.f. living area residence, 2-levels with Garage in lower level. Siding-nat. fin., roof shingles Highland Brown. This plan supercedes a previous submittal. This plan is a completely different layout. Pd. $75.00 check #647(Wells Fargo).
A "Notice of Violation" letter was sent to James Rearick 25-U 21277 Highland Rd. Metal studs & framing partially done. Bldg. Dept. stopped progress. No response to date.
Mark Stevens plan changes not received as promised, deferred to next Meeting.
Wire fencing w/pipe rails as portable corrals. After 6-months in place the corral will be considered permanent and subject to review by the Committee for approval. Olivia Fiamengo’s advice as to assembly, etc. be pursued. See "Non-Conforming Use" document.
It was related to us by a neighbor, the Committee is relating it to the Board. It appears that a travel trailer beside the house has its own propane tank, the electric and water appear to be hooked up to the house and there are lights in the trailer at night. The address is 21939 Adobe Rd. Lot 26 Block G, A.P.N. is 3-045-45, the Owner of record is shown as Rbt. Guttke. Does this qualify as a Guest House???? This may be a County Code Violation and the Board should inform the Bldg. Dept. for their investigation. It is NOT a reviewable item for the Committee. Kelly will have more details.
