The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Corey @ 7:01 P.M.

The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.

The Oct. 8, 2001 Meeting Minutes were approved unanimously.

Plans or Improvements submitted for approval:

Tom & Karen Yantis Lot 115 block N 2011 Empire Rd. A 1500 sq. ft. New Residence, 28ft x 34ft. 2-story w/ full basement incl. garage, and a 10ft x 12 ft storage shed 9/12 weathered copper rib metal roof. #1 red cedar shingle siding, nat. fin. on structures. A cedar railing w/ 2x6 cedar decking 8ft x 34ft veranda, nat. fin. s.h. bronze windows, 8ft x 7ft steel sec. lt. brown garage door. Motion to approve: Don I., Sec. Jim R., unanimous Paid $100.00, check # 1543 Wells Fargo. My list shows $75.00 dues still owing.

Mary Forrestel, Lot 20 block O, 1981 Lousetown Rd A 872 s.f. trellis off front of house, 195ft. from Lousetown & 20ft. from side line Open cedar rafters w/ 2x6 cedar deck. Nat. fin. Motion to approve: Don I., sec.: Jim R. unanimous. Paid $30.00, check # 1826 Great Basin Fed. Cr. Union My list shows $75.00 dues owed, she contacted Kathy and said she paid up.

OLD BUSINESS

Paula Botner: 2175 Hermit Rd. dispute on prop.line location. Architectural Comm. Meeting Minutes We were informed that the bldg. dept. inspected the site and issued a bldg. permit. Case closed.

Cutting Trees: Since the Bldg. Dept. inspects the property and approves the plot plan which shows trees necessary to be removed. When we discuss this, a possible solution is to ask the bldg. dept. to furnish us with a copy of the approved plot plan.

The Committee felt it was not a feasible solution to hold up our Plan approval when there are unpaid dues. They have been turned over to the attorney for collection. Itís in his hands so we could not collect the dues anyway.

Vaughn Campos, Highland Rd.; No action taken awaiting Board Hearing on Tues. Nov, 13, 2001 and itís outcome.

Box trailer on 21830 Adobe Rd. No action taken awaiting Board Hearing above.

Griff Rausch: letter sent was returned. Letter to be sent to Perris, Ca. address obtained. (Falling down condition of fence on his Empire Rd. lots).

Notice of Violation: Marlin White, Harte Rd. awaiting his promised revised plans.

Joint meeting with Board & Bldg. Dept, status still unspecified.

NEW BUSINESS

There will be no scheduled meeting of the Arch. Comm. in January; it is New Yearís Day. If any plans for review appear, a special meeting will be called by the Chairman.
