The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Corey @ 7:00 P.M.

The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.

There was no January Meeting scheduled (holiday).

Plans received for review:

1. Nancy & Jim Russell, 21075 Adobe Rd. Lot 24 Block G, Consolidated w/21,22,23. A 32x36ft attached garage w/loft 1152 s.f. Tan Bark Stain siding to match existing house & garage. 6/12 shed roof, oak brown fiberglass class "A" roof shingles, to match existing….

Paid $ 75.00 Check # 111, Prudential Bank

2. Gabriel Venegas, 1900 Empire Rd. Lot 117 Block M A 8x8ft. well house. Nat. Cedar Stain Siding, Weatherwood Gray Fiberglass Class "A" roof shingles.
