  1. The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Corey @ 7:07 P.M.
  2. The Payroll Report was signed by all attending members.
  3. The March 5, 2002 Meeting Minutes motion to approve by Richard Knapp, seconded by Don Ingram, Unanimous.

4. Plans, changes, alterations received for Review…

a.Tom, Pat Faber Lot 55 Block U, 21311 Graves Rd.

1. 2076 sq. ft. residence., color samples submitted:  Horiz. lap siding, Kelly-Moore Cypress, Sequoia Redwood Trim, Frost under Porch. "Mountain Slate" Class "A" Fiberglass Roofing.

2. White Vinyl Sliding Windows…

3. Plot Plan was not submitted.

4. Various Elevations Notes to be added…

5. Plans tabled, Owner to submit missing items to Chair.

Corey for required approval and signatures in the near future as agreed by Comm. members in order to prevent several weeks project delay… Fee to be submitted ar that time….

OLD BUSINESS;

Tom Bickert, Lot 310, Block M; 2030 Applegate Rd. Plan book of Dome structures.

The Board requested at their March meeting, that a letter be sent to the applicant for more details, and require 3-sets of plans be submitted for review as per the C.C.&R.s. and Guidelines, a plot plan and samples and colors of materials to be used, along with a new check of $100.00 for the plan review. A concept cannot be fully approved without all the basic submittal documents. A property owner has the full right to submit plans for any type of structure for Committee review. His check #2035 for $100.00 will be returned to him with the letter.

 

There was no further old business discussed.

NEW BUSINESS:

Tanju Sion Lot 136 Block N 2271 Empire Rd. A 30ftx36ft Barn was approved on June 6, 2000. The siding approved is to be T-111 type ply. and color to match the house, which is actually on Lot 1, Block N, adjoining. The off-white metal roofing was approved.

The structure has been erected and currently has metal siding. A letter to be sent to owner as to siding material submitted, not yet installed. A change in material and color must be submitted to the Comm. for approval prior to installation, if the owner wishes to change to metal siding.

A motion to adjourn was made by Richard K., seconded by Don I.
