Approx. 220 –ft.2-rail nat.fin. wood fence, hold for signature.
Wm. Sjovangen, Lot 5, Block H, 2451 Grissley Rd. Letter received as to status of cars stored on lot. He informs us that they are all licensed, insured & running. The legal owner died and the property settlement is in Probate. We are told that they cannot be moved. He also is anxious to get them out of there and will do so as soon as the Court says he can.
Tabled. No action possible at this time.
5. OLD BUSINESS:
a, The Behr(stain) and Lake Tahoe color brochures given to Corey, were reviewed with interest, no recommendations nor motions.
b. Various correspondence was read and discussed, no motions, nor action required.
6. NEW BUSINESS:
Richard Knapp, Don Ingram, and Jim Vaglivielo have now resigned as members of the Arch, Committee. Since Donna Wasson is the Buard member on the Committee. There will be two vacancies to fill. The Comm. will ask for applicants and give their recommendations to the Board for final appointment.
7. Comments from the guests present.
Jim Watson suggested that a sizeable painted board be furnished by the applicant to show the true color. However at the time of plan submittal the applicant has not purchased the paint; and the file and folder may not accommodate a large board. No motion nor action was taken.
