MINUTES
1. Called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.(new starting time). Members present: Donna Wasson, Stephen Musser and Cindy Rogers.
2. Motion made to approve September 7, 2004 Minutes by Steve Musser, seconded by Donna Wasson, unanimous vote.
NEW BUSINESS:
New plans reviewed - in order of sign in sheet.

Joe Schrum, 21440 Pinenut, Lot 325, Block M Total Collected: $375.00. Two new residences, a paint change and a roofing change.

Came in to submit siding building material he wishes to use on the home he is building. It is a stucco/acrylic material that we cannot accept at this time. Jay believes it should be allowed because we allowed the Martin's to use an acrylic. It was pointed out that we would not compound an error made by repeating it. Jay was informed that this siding issue is coming up for vote soon and, if he could wait, things might be different. There was a heated discussion and Jay was very upset when he left.
Will replace existing shake roof with a dark green metal one. Approved.

New residence - He needs to change the plot plan because of septic/well issues and will be back next month with all paperwork.
Painting existing siding a redwood color. Using a solid latex stain. Approved.

New residence. 3288 sq. ft., 540 sq. ft. of deck. Dark gray masonite, wood grain siding. Approved.
Paid $130.00, Check #5051.
New residence. 3030 sq. ft. home with a detached garage and 640 sq. ft. deck. Siding: Hardy board horizontal slats in wood grain. House to be Dark Tan with beige trim and green window accents. Comp. roof in a teak color. (8 1/2 X 11 plans to be dropped off to Steven Musser and added to file). Approved.
