NEW BUSINESS:

1. New plans reviewed -

1.      Gilbert Gonzalez  - Change in exterior finish and addition of two balconies to new residence previously approved - located Block H, Lot 50 - also known as 21850 Adobe Spur. Exterior finish was previously approved as 8” wood lap, but has now been approved to be stucco - the color will remain the previously approved color (light sage green with dark green trim). Plans in our file were altered by the owner to show where the balconies will be located on the structure and what the dimensions will be. New front balcony will be 21’ x 7’ and the balcony in the rear will be 29’ x 8’. Plans are approved. Fee of $60.00 collected - check # 1028.

2.      Dale Morgan - Location changed of proposed new home site that was previously approved for Block M, Lot 67 - also known as 21850 Clemens. Home will now be moved forward 30’ from it’s originally approved site. Newly approved plot plan in file - no other changes made. Plans are approved - no fee for this review.

3.      Sam Jones & Sharlene Purviand - Change in exterior finish of new residence previously approved - located Block I, Lot 33 - also known as 2439 Cartwright Road. Exterior finish was previously approved as hardy board lap siding, but has now been approved to be stucco - the color will remain the previously approved color (Mt. Elk green, a lighter green trim with Tribal Pottery brown accents). Plans are approved - no fee for this review.

4.      David & Vicki Cunningham - New residence to be located at Block I, Lot 34 - also known as 21875 Adobe Road. New home will be a 2406 s.f single-story with a 658 s.f. rear covered patio, a front covered porch and an attached 785 s.f. garage. This homes exterior will be primarily stucco in an ivory-beige color with windows trimmed in TeePee brown, eaves trimmed in Belgian Sweet brown and some stone accents. Roof will be composition shingle in brown. Bill Lewis will review site for defensible space on a date to be determined before final approval for these plans is given. Plans are approved. Collected $1,974.60, check # 1160.

5.      Robert Crow - Review of preliminary plans and model of proposed home before purchase of actual plans. Home to be located at Block M, Lot 290 - also known as 2001 Saddleback. Home will be 4500 s.f with an attached 3 car garage. Exterior of home will be in stucco and stone. Style of home is considered modern as there are very few edges on the exterior - most edges are rounded. Home was agreed to be in harmony as the stonework on the exterior of the home is extensive and blends nicely with the Highlands. No plans were given and official approval - no fee was collected.
