Minutes - October 2, 2007, 7:30 pm

Fire Station Training Room

I. Call the meeting to order.

The meeting was called to order by chairman Fox at 7:30 pm.

II. Members attending:

Members attending were Walter Fox, Andy Biederman, and Bill Lewis.  Absent were Rita Lumos and Bob Moore.

III. Approve September 4, 2007 Minutes.

A motion to approve the minutes of the September 4 meeting as submitted was approved unanimously.

IV. NEW BUSINESS

A. Review plans in order of sign-in.

Stephen Morrow presented plans for a Tuff Shed at 21715 Sazarac Road, Lot 165, Block M.  The colors will match the residence with Liberty Red siding, Swiss Coffee (tan) trim, and a black, asphalt shingle roof.

B. Possible violations of the CC&R’s.

No possible violations were brought to the committee’s attention.

V. Other business members with to discuss.

No other business was brought before the committee.

VI. Adjourn

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
