Minutes - May 6, 2008
The meeting was called to order by Walter Fox at 7:30 pm at the Highlands Fire Station Training Room
Members attending were Walter Fox, Bob Moore, and Rita Lumos. Andy Biederman was excused.
A motion by Moore, seconded by Lumos, to approve the minutes of the April 1, 2008 meeting was approved unanimously.
New Business
John Hayes presented plans for a 2400 sq. ft. garage addition to his residence at 21325 Delta, Block A, Block 1. The exterior will match the existing residence with cedar siding, red trim, and a composition roof. The plans were approved and a fee of $75 paid by check no. 1263.
Karlyn McPartlin presented a written complaint about a shed being moved onto a property on Cartwright Road without a permit. Chairman Fox will contact the owner and ask them to complete the approval process and to comply with all restrictions.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
