Minutes - August 4, 2009
I. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Chairman Bill Lewis. Other committee members present were Bob Moore, Gene Glazer, and Rita Lumos.
II. Plans were reviewed in the order of sign-in.
A. Joe Alt presented a revised plan for a previously approved residence on Lot 19, Block Q, 21881 Clemens. The revised plan contains 2296 sq. ft. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
B. Dean Rogers presented a plan for an addition and carport to his residence on Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block I, 2361 Grizzley. The addition will match the existing cedar siding on the residence and contains 168 sq. ft. The plan was approved and a fee of $75 paid by check number 3045.
C. Steven Kohl presented a plan for a fenced enclosure on the back of the property at Lot 354, Block M, 21345 Saddleback. The fence will be cedar 4”X4” posts with 2”X6” rails with welded wire fabric. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
D. Rick Fitzgerald presented plans for a detached garage on Lots 8 and 9, Block K, 21459 Delta Drive. The siding will be painted “Sage Mountain” green with a grey composition roof. The plan was approved and a fee of $75 was paid by check number 5318.
E. Kevin Buggy presented plans for a fenced enclosure at the rear of the house at Lot 32A, Block J, 21510 Delta Drive. It will be five ft. tall and painted to match the house. The enclosure is for only the portion of the lot directly behind the house. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
F. Stacey Jones presented plans for a dog run on Lot 46, Block H, 2440 Adobe Spur. The fence will have 4”X4” posts and welded wire fabric on the sides. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
III. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm.
