Minutes - January 5, 2010

I. Chairman Lewis called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.  All members were present.

II. A motion by Moore, seconded by Reynolds to approve the minutes of the December 1, 2009 meeting was approved unanimously.

III. New Business

A. Review plans in order of sign-in

1. J.B. Thompson, residential designer, presented preliminary plans for a log home on Clements.  The plans were not complete and no action was taken.  The owner will present the plans for approval when complete.

2. Richard J. Johnson presented plans for a 1520 sq. ft. log home at 2549 Cartwright, Lot 22A. Block H.  The home will be natural in color with brown trim and a green metal roof.  The plans were approved and a fee of $500 paid by check number 1949.

B. No violations of the governing documents were brought to the board’s attention.

IV. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm
