II. A motion by Reynolds, seconded by Moore, to approve the minutes of the June 7, 2011 meeting was approved unanimously.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Tom Moss of Moss Construction, on behalf of Michael and Leah Rago, presented plans for an addition to the residence at 21590 Delta, Block J, Lot 25A. Mr. Moss had a letter of authorization from the Ragos to represent them. The addition will be a 588 sq. ft. addition to the residence along with a new deck. The siding, roofing, and color will match the existing construction. The plan was approved and a fee of $75 paid.
IV. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
