II. A motion by Moore, seconded by Glazier, to approve the minutes of the June 5, 2012 meeting was approved unanimously.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Roland and Karen Gysen presented an application for a residence to be constructed on Lot 180A, Block M, 21685 Palomino Road. The structure will be 1515 sq. ft. with fiber cement siding in a wood color. The roof will be green metal. There will be a 784 sq. ft. detached garage which will match the house in color and construction. The plan was approved and a fee of $500 paid by check number 2006.
2. Vista Towers LLC presented final plans for the construction of a communications tower at Lot 342, Block M, 21485 Saddleback Road. The construction will consist of an outbuilding and enclosure of concrete block construction painted brown. The tower will be disguised as a pine tree. The installation will occupy a utility easement created on the westerly side of the parcel and is in conformance with setback requirements and architectural guidelines. The lot is still a buildable lot capable of supporting a residence. The plans were approved and a fee of $75 paid by check number 1181
IV. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 pm.
