II. Since there were no applicants and thus no meetings since November, 2012, no minutes were reviewed.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Casey and Amanda Kelley presented an application to construct a detached garage on Lots 7 & 8, Block I, 2331 Grizzley Road. The structure will be 900 Sq. Ft. and match the existing residence. The siding will be gray with a green standing seam metal roof. The plan was approved. A fee of $75 was paid in cash.
IV. A complaint was received about a property on Empire Road which will be investigated and forwarded to the board of directors.
V. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
