II. A motion by Glazier, seconded by Moore, to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2013 meeting was approved unanimously.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Erin and Amber Vern presented an application to reside, reroof, and paint their home at 1931 Empire Road, Lot108, Block N. The siding color will be “Hidden Peak”, a gray-green color, with gray trim. The roof will be composition shingles, gray in color. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
2. Bruce Hessmer presented an application to install a 10’ X 10’ shed on his property at 21655 Palomino Road, Lot 182, Block M. The colors will match the existing residence and be beige with brown trim. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
3. Brad and Susie Haddock presented an application to ad a 54’ X 20.5’ garage addition to their residence at 21540 Sazarac Road, Lot 42, Block K. There will be a deck on top of the addition which will be engineered for the snow load. The plan was approved and a fee of $75 paid by check number 1417.
4. Another owner expressed a desire to construct an outbuilding on his property but did not have any plans prepared. He was advised to return with the required plans at the next meeting.
IV. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
