II. A motion by McGuffey, seconded by Glazier, to approve the minutes of the March 4 minutes was approved unanimously.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Bill Busey presented an application to install a concrete cobblestone rear patio and front walkway to his residence at 21939 Adobe Road, Lot 26, Block G. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
2. William Evans presented an application to add a sliding door and gable over the man door to a detached garage at 2061 Cartwright Road, Lots 285 and 286, Block M. The application also included a 4’ redwood fence around the building. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
3. Dave and Anne Morlan presented an application to install a 48” galvanized mesh fence on a portion of the rear of the lot at 2270 Enterprise Road, Lot 65A, Block I. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
IV. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
