II. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Mark and Karen Talbot presented an application for an addition to the existing residence on Lot 61, Block M, 21760 Clemens Road. The 446 sq. ft. addition will be above the existing garage and will not increase the footprint of the existing structure. The siding and roofing will match the existing residence. The roof will be brown composition roofing. The application was approved and a fee of $75 paid by check number 4807.
2. Nicholas and Jessica Thomsen presented an application for a new residence at 4615 Tybo Road, Lot 7A, Block P. The lot is double fronted and legal access is from Clemens, but the topography of the lot makes access from Tybo more practical. The residence will be 1856 sq. ft. with T-111 siding in a dark gray color with pale gray trim. The roof will be brown composition shingles. The plan was approved and a fee of $500 was paid by check number 0417.
3. Dave Morlin appeared with questions about improvements to his residence on Enterprise Road. No applications were necessary.
III. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
