II. The minutes for the July 1 meeting were reviewed. A motion by McGuffey, seconded by Morlan to approve the minutes as submitted was approved unanimously.
III. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. David and Lisa Gauthreau presented an application to repaint the residence at 21765 Adobe Road, Lots 72 and 73, Block I. The color will be Red Pines (dark barn red) with beige trim. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
2. Clarence and Diana Drake presented an application to fence the property at 21900-21930 Panhandle, Lots 52, 53, and 54, Block N. The fence will be split rail with 2” X 4” wire mesh lining. The plan was approved. No fee was applicable.
3. Rick Bullard originally submitted plans for a new residence to the HRPOA, who forwarded them to the VCHPOA. His lot is at 1750 Harte Drive, Lot 82, Block M. The residence will be 2096 Sq. Ft., have horizontal lap siding, Cobble Stone in color, with a green standing seam metal roof. There will be a redwood deck attached to the house. A fee is $500 is pending. Mr. Bullard does not currently live in the area. Plans are not released until the fee is paid.
IV. Since there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm.
