II. New Business
A. Plans were reviewed in the order of appearance:
1. Mark Stevens had received an approval for a residence at 2010 Silverado Road, Lot 226, Block M several years ago. He now wants to build a different house than the one previously appoved. He was informed that this will be a new application and the current fee must be paid. He will appear at a future meeting.
2. Vicki Lewerenz presented an application to add a wheel chair ramp to the residence at 2485 Cartwright Road, Lot 10, Block H. The plan was approved; no fee was applicable.
III. No other business was conducted.
