MINUTES

 

            Present: Jay Carmona, Becky Alcon, Tony Dosen

             Absent:  Judy Cziprian, Karlyn McPartlin

 

I.       Call to Order, Declaration of a Quorum and Approval of Meeting

   Agenda

   Meeting called to order at 7:03 pm.  A quorum was present.  The

   agenda was approved on a motion by Alcon.

 

II.      Approve Minutes of  Meeting

   The minutes for the September Meeting were presented for

   approval. Approved on a motion by Alcon.  The October minutes

   were not available.

  

 

III.    Comments by Association Members

   None

 

IV.   Review of Financial Statements

   Total of Reserve account and Operating account is $285.729.31.

   Expenses were $12,052

 

V.     Unfinished Business

   None

 

     VI   Committee Reports

   A.  Architectural Committee

        One resident presented a solar panel installation.  Approved

 

   B.  Road Report

        Nothing to report.

 

   C.  Park and Highlands Capital Fund

         None

 

     VII   New Business

            None

            None

 

      IX   Comments by Association Members

            Sharon Snell, member of the Storey County School Board, asked

            that the agenda for the School Board Meetings be put in the

            glass case by the mailboxes.  She will get the agenda to Carmona

            to be posted.

            Copies of the agenda and minutes are available on the internet at

              http://www.vchpoa.org.  Copies of the agenda are also posted at the mailboxes.  

              Items may not necessarily be heard in the order they appear.

              Time limits may be set for public comments at the discretion of the President.
