Fire House Training Room-7:00 PM MINUTES
Present: Jay Carmona, Tony Dosen, Becky Alcon, Judy Cziprian, Karlyn McPartlin
I. Call to Order, Declaration of a Quorum and Approval of Meeting Agenda (Discussion/Action)
II. Approve Minutes of Meeting(Discussion/Action)
Minutes of December 8, 2015 meeting approved on a motion by Becky.
III. Comments by Association Members
Gail Drake asked for better plowing in the cul-de-sacs. Susi Haddock asked if signs could be placed on Sazarac and other steep roads stating that the roads are slippery in winter.
IV. Review of Financial Statements
Treasurer Judy Cziprian reported that the expenses for December were $6649.00. The income for the month was $6434.00. The Operating account balance was $153,986.27 and the Reserve Account balance we $198,986.98 for a total cash on hand of

VI. Committee Reports
A. Architectural Committee (Discussion/Action)
Chuck Stutz was replaced by Chris Warnke on the committee. The appointment was passed on a motion by Alcon.
B. Road Report (Discussion/Action)
It was announced that Doug Fontana resigned from his position on the road crew and as mechanic. John Senko was hired to take his place. He was accepted on a motion by Alcon. The
board is taking applications for a second position on the crew. There have been several accidents this month due to the large amount of snow and ice. The board was asked how much
snow is required to begin plowing. McPartlin stated 3” but was corrected by Jay that the board would decide. McPartlin stated that 3” had been a long standing rule so the the road work done in the summer is not destroyed. Carmona stated that past boards cannot dictate the rules of the current board and that he would decide on a case by case basis.
C. Park and Highlands Capital Fund
McPartlin stated nothing to report for the month.

IX Comments by Association Members (NRS 116.3108.5) (Discussion Only)
It was reported that a “young couple”, non-residents are coming to the mailbox area around 9:00 pm. The girl gets out and runs to the firehouse and back where she is picked up. They cross 341 where they drive out of sight. Others in the room had also seen her running at night. Residents are asked to call the Sheriffs office if you see them or the truck which is a white 2000, small pickup. Tony Dosen said he would check into the sightings.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm
