Fire House Training Room-7:00 PM MINUTES

Present: Jay Carmona, Becky Alcon, Tony Dosen, Karlyn McPartlin Judy Cziprian

 

I.        Call to Order, Declaration of a Quorum and Approval of Meeting Agenda and approve Minutes of February meeting.

 

On a motion by Judy Cziprian the minutes were passed On a motion by Cziprian the agenda was passed.

 

II.      Comments by Association Members None

 

Review of Financial Statements

Cziprian reported bank balances of Operating $146,384 Reserve 0f $220,468.

 

III.       Unfinished Business None

 

 

IV.       Committee Reports

A.    Architectural Committee (Discussion/Action)

Plans for Solar Panels and a garden hoop house were presented and passed.

B.    Road Report (Discussion/Action)

Carmona reported that one of the plow trucks harnesses caught on fire.The replacement will cost $398 plus shipping of $20. Carmona and Stenko will do the labor. Motion by Alcon. Approved.

Carmona also stated that if we have to replace our  current snow plow blades with straight blades the cost will be $8017. (no vote)

The hydrolic oil needs to be changed. The mounts on the skids are broken.

They are currently trying to find a welder to repair


Carmona stated that the crew would be plowing as low as possible to prevent mud forming from snow melting.

Also discussed was having signs made to tell drivers that the roads are slippery in the winter. McPartlin objected. She felt it a waste of money since the residents know how there road is in the winter and drive accordingly.

Carmona will bring in a mock up for a sign at the entrance.

The board voted to hold the Annual Meeting on July 23, 2016.

VII.      Comments by Association Members

Jack McGuffey stated that residents need to call and put pressure on Verizon, T-Mobil and ATT to push them into putting a cell

on our tower. He is on his way to Washington, DC to visit our representatives . They are putting great emphasis on getting our zip code changed.
