* The Board may impose reasonable limitations on the time a property 
owner may speak during the "Comments by Association Members" portion of 
the Annual Meeting.  

Copies of minutes will be available on the Internet at the VCHPOA website 
within 30 days after the Annual Meeting.  Copies of the minutes will also 
be posted at the mailboxes.  All lot owners have the right to receive a 
copy of the minutes sent to them upon request, if the Association is paid 
for the cost of making the distribution.  Send your request to P.O. Box 
686, Virginia City, Nevada 89440 (include a self-addressed, stamped  
envelope and enclose a check for $2.00).
